The coloration of spruce seeds, which was estimated using a color scanner and computer, is determined on average by red (41%), green (31%), and blue (28%) colors. Intrapopulation and interpopulation variability of saturation indices for red, green, and blue colors is insignificant. No relationship between these indices and geographical position of spruce stands was found.
