The results of studying the soil properties in the Barnaul Forestry are presented. The description of the soil profiles placed on different elements of the relief is given, and their morphological and physicochemical properties are characterized. The data obtained were statistically processed. The variation of the soil properties was shown to be dependent on the topography of the territory studied. Podzolization was expressed to a greater extent on the tops of elevations, the soddy process was more intense in the soils of depressions between ridges.
